2. Use Fictional Data Only
All scenarios, names, and carrier references in this simulator are fictional. Do not enter real member names, client information, insurance IDs, health data, or any personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI) at any time.
3. Voice & AI Processing
Practice calls are processed in real time by a third-party AI voice service (xAI). Treat every session as you would a professional call — do not speak real member names, case numbers, or any sensitive information aloud.
4. Session Data & Privacy
Your scores and session data are stored on CHC's training server solely to track your progress and issue completion certificates. This data is used for training purposes only and is not shared externally.
5. Completion Certificates
Certificates issued upon completing the program are for internal recognition only. They do not constitute a professional certification, license, or regulatory credential of any kind.
6. Not a Substitute for Compliance Training
This simulator is a supplemental training resource only. It does not fulfill any compliance obligation, work requirement, or official certification requirement.
7. Updates
CHC reserves the right to update these terms or the simulator at any time. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
